Delivering the results –We utilise our unrivalled understanding of store operations and stock recoveries to generate superior recoveries. Our approach is highly analytical; we track every SKU on a daily basis and apply a variety of discount levels which maximise the selling price whilst recognising the need to clear stock in a defined time period. We have developed our sophisticated pricing model based on years of experience in a wide variety of retail sectors.
Marketing the stores – We create detailed marketing plans to drive footfall and support discount levels. We manage the entire process from design to execution at store level. We are used to protecting the brand and tailoring the strength of message, especially when there are other stores close by. We can also use this time to move customers to ongoing stores.
Engaging the people – We are skilful at motivating people and sensitive to their situation. We are used to devising incentive plans which maximise results. We utilise the best consultants, all of whom are experienced store or area managers who can deal with the most challenging resourcing issues.
Enhancing the returns – We can but additional stock which improves both the customer experience and the financial return. We can do this through our network of suppliers or by working with the retailer’s own supply base. We can also dispose of any unwanted store fixtures and fittings.
Completing the hand over- We adhere to a strict store closure manual and every store is delivered “broom clean”.
