We offer three types of valuations:

      • Pro-Bono Desktop Valuation: Typically requested at the initial stages of a deal to evaluate it’s viability before comitting to a formal engagement
      • Inventory Appraisal & Monitoring: Typically used to monitor inventory levels and ensure valuations reflect fundamental changes in a retailer’s operating structure
      • Full Inventory Collateral Valuation: Typically a pre-lend diligence requirement that underwrites a loan
