We quickly find a suitable lender to provide cash in the form of a loan secured against assets. We have an extensive network of participating lenders providing loan facilities varying in size from £2m to £250m.
We originate deals through our large network of retail contacts and detailed knowledge of the retailer’s situation and the lender’s criteria.
We directly invest into retail businesses by deploying our own capital and taking secured debt positions.
